1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Book Sales Rocket ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing booksalesrocket.io (the "Site") and using our software (the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Book Sales Rocket is an automation software designed for authors. It allows users to upload manuscripts, generates promotional materials using Artificial Intelligence (AI), and automatically submits these materials to various third-party platforms.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1. Your Ownership (The Author)You retain full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to any manuscripts, cover art, text, or data you upload to the Service ("User Content"). We claim no ownership over your books or User Content.

4.2. License to Us. By uploading User Content, you grant Book Sales Rocket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, limited license to host, store, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating marketing assets and executing submissions).

4.3. Our Ownership (The Software)Book Sales Rocket, including its code, design, trademarks, and algorithms, is the exclusive property of Book Sales Rocket. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

5. AI-Generated Content & Disclaimers

5.1. Nature of AI You acknowledge that the promotional materials created by our Service are generated by Artificial Intelligence. AI can hallucinate, make factual errors, or produce grammatically incorrect text.

5.2. User Responsibility You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it is published or submitted. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, uniqueness, or quality of the AI-generated materials.

6. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

6.1. Subscription Plans. By subscribing to Book Sales Rocket, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel.

6.2. 30-Day Conditional Refund Policy offers a refund within 30 days of your initial payment, strictly limited to the following two scenarios:

  • Billing Errors: You were charged explicitly in error (e.g., duplicate charges for the same invoice period).

  • Technical Failure: The software is demonstrably not working. "Demonstrably not working" is defined as a material failure of the core features (such as the inability to upload a manuscript or generate content) that our support team cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe.

6.3. What is NOT Covered: Refunds are not granted for "change of mind," subjective dissatisfaction with the creative style of AI-generated content, or user error (e.g., uploading the wrong file format).

6.4. Proof of Failure. To claim a refund under "Technical Failure," you must provide evidence (such as screenshots, error logs, or correspondence with support) showing that the software failed to perform its core function.

6.5. Reconciliation. Any customer refunds, chargebacks, or similar adjustments to Customer's gross revenues attributable to the Services shall be deducted from subsequent amounts payable to Provider under this Agreement; any required reconciliation shall be effected through adjustments to future payments.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Our Service interacts with third-party websites and platforms (e.g., social media sites, book aggregators) to submit your content.

  • No Control: We do not own, operate, or control these third-party platforms.

  • Compliance: You agree to comply with the terms of service, community guidelines, and policies of any third-party platform where we submit content on your behalf.

  • Liability: We are not responsible if a third-party platform rejects your content, suspends your account, or changes its API in a way that disrupts our Service.

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (e.g., pirated books).

  • Generate or disseminate hate speech, harassment, or illegal content.

  • Upload files containing viruses or malware.

9. Earnings and Results Disclaimer

Book Sales Rocket provides marketing tools, but we make no guarantees regarding:

  • The number of books you will sell.

  • Financial gain or profit.

  • Bestseller status or specific rankings. Your results depend on various factors, including the quality of your book, market demand, and your overall strategy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Book Sales Rocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
